117_Spruce and larch

The different colors and textures of these Englemann spruce and larches contrast with the softer look of Mt Fernow and Copper Peak across the valley. This picture was taken on a trip to climb Flora Mountain starting at Holden, then going up Ninemile Creek and swinging east up over the 6646' saddle to drop into Ridddle Creek.
